The Link shape can now work in a Scroll mode (DoScroll, when typed directly in the hyperlink window), that scrolls a Panel contents by a given vector in a given time (in millisecs). All shapes that work in the HTML mode (Link, Panel, Texbox, Multiline textbox, Select box) can have a transparent background, and when using mouseover effects, it can be set to both states independently.
