VisDynamica user license agreement (for the Beta release) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 1. By registering to VisDynamica.com website, you are granted a single, non-exclusive license to use the VisDynamica service, consisting of (1) a remote resources server and (2) a custom desktop client application. 2. The license will remain valid for 30 days. However, there should be no problem in prolonging it on a request, at least until/unless the whole thing goes commercial :) . 3. The license allows you to use VisDynamica.com service on a single workstation at a time. You can register a new workstation for seven times. Switching back to the workstation previously registered is considered as a new registration, so be careful. 4. The only allowed way to access the remote resources server is with the custom desktop client application, which you will find available for downloading in your user profile on VisDynamica.com website. 4.1. Any attempts to access the remote resources server in a different way are forbidden and may result in an unconditional revoke of your license, terminal ban, and having me hack your computer ha-ha. 4.2. Your copy of the desktop client application will be marked with an unique signature, linking it to your user profile. This unique signature will be neccessary to autheticate your requests to the remote resources server. 4.3. Besides that, all requests to the remote resources server will be accompanied with some information about your workstation (hardware and operating system identification), in order to process license limitations. DISCLAIMER: Please be advised, that this Private Beta release may still be vulnerable to errors. There is no way it would destroy the documents you choose to export, as it is only reading them. But if you plan to use the exported VisDynamica Prototype in any serious way - you are doing so at your own risk. Oh, and when you get any errors, please be so kind and drop me a note with the bug report form or directly at VisDynamica@gmail.com. This is what Beta testing is all about after all :) .I agree
